Tractor Hydraulic System (Educational Training Equipment):

1. Exercise course utilizing hydraulic circuit diagram

         1-1. Exercises hydraulic circuit

           1] Exercises back panel’s hydraulic circuit of each system.
           2] LED lamps are installed in each hydraulic system to help trainees learn the flow of the hydraulic pressure
               effectively.
 
2. Exercise course utilizing PTO activation
     2-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
     2-2. Press [PTO Clutch S/W] at the control panel to light up the lamp and operate the PTO Clutch Control Valve,
            displaying the pressure applied to PTO hydraulic clutch on the gauge. (Operation pressure: 8~10kg/)
 
3. Exercise course utilizing steering system activation
     3-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
     3-2. Turning on the steering wheel mounted on this equipment makes the Steering Unit at the bottom transfer hydraulic 
            pressures to the rotating direction, displaying the pressure applied to the cylinder on the gauge. (Operation
            pressure: 8~10kg/)
 
4. Exercise course utilizing horizontality control cylinder activation
     4-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
     4-2. Turning the Horizontality Control S/W at the control panel to the direction the user wants makes the Horizontality
            Control Valve Unit operate the Horizontality Control Cylinder, displaying the pressure applied to the cylinder on the
            gauge. (Operation pressure: 8~10kg/)
 
5. Exercise course utilizing joystick lever activation
     5-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
     5-2. Manipulating the Joystick Lever installed in this equipment makes the Joystick Control Valve transfer hydraulic
            pressures to the direction as operated, displaying the pressure on the gauge. (Operation pressure: 8~10kg/)
 
6. Exercise course utilizing climb arm activation
     6-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
     6-2. Manipulate the Climb Depth Control Lever installed in this equipment to set the stop position of Climb Arm when it
            descends.
     6-3. Manipulating the Climb Position Control Lever installed in this equipment makes Climb Position Control Lever transfer
            hydraulic pressures to the direction as operated, and moving the Climb Arm.
 
    7. Exercise course utilizing outside hydraulic control valve lever activation
          7-1. Please refer to page 21 of [C-2. Operation manual] for power connection before operating the apparatus.
          7-2. Hydraulic pressure ports installed in this equipment are four. As one control lever can regulate two ports, hydraulic
                 pressure gauges are installed only at port A and port B. However, measuring the pressure of port C and D is also 
                 available when the nipple is changed.
     7-3. Manipulating the Hydraulic Control Valve Lever installed in this equipment makes Remote Hydraulic Valve transfer
            hydraulic pressures to the direction as operated, displaying the pressure on the gauge. (Operation pressure:
            8~10kg/)
